I am baffled by this miscarriage of "justice." How could this be happening? What is wrong with this woman who has a clear vendetta against Mr. Jackson? Thank you for shedding light on this horrible situation and may God watch over all those involved and I pray they get the outcome they deserve and this beautiful baby deserves.
Thank you for your reporting. The treatment of her father is nauseating -- but I’ve heard similar stories out of Maryland as well. I’m so worried for this little girl. The fact that she tested positive for cocaine before her father even stood a chance at custody is a mark against the whole system. What would have happened if she overdosed? Suffered severe brain damage? It was clear her mother was unfit (and needed help!) before she was even born. Why do we wait for these awful things to unfold and ignore the “red flags,” even when the “red flags” are prior convictions?!
This baby deserves to be home with her loving father IMMEDIATELY.
I’m so glad I no longer live in Fairfax county. I went to school there. I could never raise a family in that area after what I experienced.
