Asians are over represented and blacks and hispanic are under represented. Classification is the way to discrimination. You cant have it both ways. Conversely, reducing the number of Asians due to a finite number of seats isn’t discrimination. You’re just being greedy.

You know "greedy" is a slur now on Asians? Along with "over represented," "resource hoarders" and "white adjacent." I suggest you read the documentation of the new admissions process as directly targeting Asians for discrimination. How you -- or anybody -- can be okay with targeted discrimination is beyond me. Not to mention it's illegal.

Bro.... merit is the only way to do this fairly. Otherwise you just end up sounding racist, like you just did.

The assumption of merit is a slippery slope as studying a test of material you didn’t see in middle school is just studying a test, not merit.

...... Based on your statements, there is no way to effectively have a conversation with you than doesn't make me look like I'm abusing via text. I will state simply, I strenuously disagree with your assessment of the facts and your position. Have a good day.

The one thing that you inadvertently proved is culture is important, enough to fight for, not allow it to assimilate away. Why should the current US culture just accept being assimilated away?

Policies designed to circumvent the equal protection clause aren't racist? More importantly, they're fighting to protect their kids 14th Amendment rights, how are they greedy or un-American?

Yes, those are racist. These are not. This isn’t a 14th amendment violation as Asians aren’t excluded yet Blacks and hispanics are given a better chance to be included by allowing access to every middle school. Stealing the test then demanding you be allowed access is ruddy greedy.

They're using geography as a proxy for race to circumvent the equal protection clause. By even your own admission such policies are racist and unconstitutional; how does still having "too many Asians" for you and the school board change that?

I'm gonna ask you again, how are Asian parents exercising their 1st Amendment rights to protect their 14th Amendment rights rude or greedy?

FCPS is opening the school up because the cheating to get into the school is the main issue and they haven’t worked that out yet. Its clear the over representation of a few schools, with kids of similar IQ, warrants investigation or just punt it by opening it up. You got yourself into this situation by stupidly cheating on a mass scale and you greedily demand admittance. The West innovates. The East replicates.

Matt T, Your comment is overflowing with resentment and bigotry and zero evidence. It's exactly this kind of defamation of hardworking immigrants from Asia that led me to stand up against the school board. The racism and disrespect of the school board against one of five Fairfax County citizens is evidenced in your comment.

You’ll be served in one week with a certified filing from my law firm for you to appear in Fairfax General District court for discovery on the claim you defamed me online. It will cost you $50,000 in legal fees over the next year. And when the jury sides with my team you’ll pay my legal fees plus $100,000. You can say what you want until you break the law and be compelled the hardware to make sense. Common sense is not so common. See you in court.
